SUMMER TIME, SUMMER TIME...

Many of my clients are hard at work and loving the beach scene this year! Will you join them?  Rockin' your bikini and finally fitting into those size 8"s!!

It's an amazing feeling and such motivation to feel your clothes shrinking up. You realize you CAN accomplish those goals that seemed so unattainable. That is the goal of Sculpt...to educate, motivate and deliver!!

God has sent each of you to me and the friendships that have formed are irreplaceable! I love our time together and am proud of each one of you!

FEBRUARY FITNESS...

Well...we are well into February, over the hump of the heart and candy holiday! We have enjoyed the snow and have a little more cold to endure until the beauty of Spring and bikinis begins! Are you ready??  How close to achieving your goals are you? Now is crunch time for those that have been consistent and are enjoying the rewards of all your hard work AND for those that have not been as dedicated...now is the time to jump on board! I am big on "motivational aids" to help me along. Here are a suggestion of a few that you might find useful in your journey of fitness.

1.  PICTURE of the perfect body! Each of us have goals we wish to obtain physically. Find a picture of a gal with "that body" in your current fitness magazine! Cut

it out and keep it with you or on the fridge for a focal point!! 

                       

2.  CLOTHES!! Hello...who of us is NOT into shopping for the latest and greatest fashion trends! Even the favorite dress you have held onto because it was just too pretty to part with and made you feel like a million bucks when you wore it years ago will suffice just fine!  Hang that where you can see it everyday and try to put it on every few weeks to see how much progress you have made!    

                                 

3. TRAINER...your personal trainer is always great motivation...even outside of your workouts!  I spend alot of time texting my clients! I get text of the latest          developement in dropped jeans size and frustrations over cravings!  I am always here to listen!!

Well...it is JANUARY 1, 2010!  I can hardly believe time has passed so quickly.  As I was thinking about the year ahead and planning for the great changes that the next 365 days will bring, it hit me!!!  This is not only the start of a new year BUT a new decade!!  Think of all the changes you can make in body, mind and soul this year and over the next 10! How exciting it that!!!


Join with me in kicking off all those excuses that will keep you out of the gym and in your same routine.  Claim this as a year of growth, change and success!!  You cannot speak negative and expect positive results!


Evaluate where you are, what you would like to change and make a promise to yourself today to raise up your inner strength and make it happen...no matter what!! Time to do some spring cleaning and eliminate the negative...whether that be a thought, an activity or a person in your life.  That season is over!! 


This is a new year, new decade and time for a NEW YOU!!!
